NorthLearn College provides accredited online business and marketing education programs to adult learners in Canada. Our services include course materials, instruction, mentorship, and career support resources.

3. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment is subject to:

• Completion of a valid registration form
• Payment of applicable tuition and fees
• Acceptance by NorthLearn College
• Meeting any program prerequisites

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4. Tuition and Fees

Tuition fees are stated in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment plans must be agreed upon at enrollment. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of enrollment. A processing fee may apply. No refunds are provided after course access begins.

5. Academic Integrity

Students must maintain academic honesty. Plagiarism, cheating, or other forms of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action, including possible dismissal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by NorthLearn College are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Participate actively and professionally
• Meet assignment deadlines
• Comply with all college policies

Violation of conduct standards may result in disciplinary action.

No Employment Guarantees: NorthLearn College does not guarantee employment, job placement, salary increases, or career advancement upon program completion.

Educational Content: While we strive to provide accurate and current information, course content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Technical Access: We are not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device compatibility that may affect access to courses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthLearn College shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
